Here you can admire the Vrijthof, the Saint Servatius Basilica and the city hall. If you are a culture lover, we recommend you go to the Bonnefantenmuseum. This is a popular visual arts museum.
Rotterdam
At the river Meuse lies the great port city Rotterdam. During World War II, many buildings and houses were destroyed. These were all rebuilt afterwards, so Rotterdam is now known for its tall skyscrapers and beautiful skyline. A city trip to Rotterdam is therefore highly recommended! Voor de natuurliefhebbers ligt op 8 kilometer afstand het Nationale Park de Hoge Veluwe. Hier kun je heerlijk wandelen of fietsen en zelfs wilde dieren spotten, waaronder herten, zwijnen, moeflons en verschillende vogels. Wil je dichterbij het centrum blijven? Dan kun je even aan de drukte ontsnappen in park Sonsbeek. Verder beschikt Arnhem uiteraard over veel leuke barretjes en restaurantjes, waar je lekker kunt eten en de meest unieke biertjes kunt proeven.
Amsterdam
Als we het hebben over populaire steden voor een citytrip, dan mag Amsterdam natuurlijk niet ontbreken. Deze stad telt maar liefst 75 musea en een overvloed aan restaurants, cafés en uitgaansgelegenheden. Kortom, je hoeft je in deze stad absoluut niet te vervelen.
